refund & returns policy

due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

wax melts, room sprays and all fragranced items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. this includes situations where the scent is not to your personal preference.

faulty or damaged items

if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

scent preference

fragrance is subjective, and unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you do not like the scent.

missing or incorrect items

if an item is missing or incorrect from your order, please get in touch within 48 hours so we can resolve this quickly for you.
