returns & refunds
due to the nature of our products, all wax melts and fragranced items are non-returnable.
we do not offer refunds or exchanges for scent preference.
refunds or replacements will only be offered for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
